We had a such wonderful stay in Edinburgh just next door to gorgeous leith, the centre of Edinburgh, and Botanic gardens. We've had apartment with a double bed, opening windows, for example. The owner was always available.

The apartment had a modern design while still maintaining the original architecture. the comfortable beds and spacious communal areas in the kitchen and living room made our stay enjoyable. the location was convenient, with easy access to both the new and old areas of the city. It only took us 5-10 minutes by taxi or a 30-minute walk to reach our desired destinations. Uber rides were always readily available, and the surrounding area was quiet with minimal road noise. the prompt return of our security deposit was greatly appreciated.
Felt warm, but it was not a cause for complaint.

I keep coming back to this cozy place because it has all I need - free Wi-Fi, TV, VIP treatment. The staff even served me a hot drink when it was chilly outside. Can't wait to return for my next trip!

The apartment was spacious and well furnished, providing plenty of space for my business trip. the location was convenient, with attractions and the beach just a short drive away. the lounge and kitchen were particularly nice, offering a comfortable space for relaxation and socializing.
The lack of kerb appeal was quite off-putting. the appearance of the flat on the ground floor, with a broken boarded-up window and dirty blinds, detracted from the overall experience.

The value for money at the Edinburgh Serviced Apartment was great - we got a spacious and comfortable room with modern amenities. The location near the bus stop made it super convenient to explore the city, and the staff provided fantastic communication and service throughout our stay.
More breakfast choices would have made our stay even better.

The location was excellent for our romantic escape, with easy access to public transportation and quick trips to the city center. We enjoyed the convenience of having a bus stop just a short walk away, with buses running frequently. Additionally, we appreciated the opportunity to make our own breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen, adding a personal touch to our stay.
the interior bedroom lacked ventilation and windows, creating a stuffy and claustrophobic atmosphere. Secondly, the entry door and hallway to the apartment did not create a welcoming first impression.

The apartment was spacious and well-furnished, with comfortable beds. the location was great, just a short bus ride from the city center. the communication from the host was excellent and parking was available for free nearby.
There was only one toilet, which could be difficult for larger groups. the heating system was a bit tricky to change and some sharper kitchen knives would have been useful.

Lovely apartment. Shame about the lack of kerb appeal. Ideal location for us as we were visiting a relative nearby. Lounge and kitchen were particularly nice. Plenty of space for the 4 of us and the extra 3 family members who called in for a drink. Nice comfy sofas. Loved the location in town, easy bus service into the city, grocery stores and pubs nearby, and the setup of the apartment. Also nice host - thanks Graeme for the quick responses to questions, etc. The location was excellent for our needs and we liked being in an area that seemed to be undergoing gradual, general improvement. The flat has good-sized rooms with nice big, opening windows and the kitchen is quite well equipped. The location was short drive from attractions and beach.
We would have liked a coffee machine and the cleaning personnel might have done a slightly better job. Also, the apartment walls and ceilings are really very thin - footsteps from above were clearly audible, and normal conversations in the evening led to a neighbor knocking at our door.

Communication about payment and parking was stressful.
